Change one thing? Just one thing? And change my life forever? Yup, you bet. In this episode Adam shares some background and tips on how to do just that.


From his bio: Adam offers diet-focused life coaching, empowering his clients to build a healthy relationship with food and use it as a tool to thrive, rather than cope. Adam himself struggled with emotional eating or using food to cope with the internal and external struggles in his life. He’d fall into negative habits and constantly feel trapped in a cycle of unhealthy eating that always made life that much harder. That was until he studied the power of life coaching and mindset work. He discovered that the unavoidable routine of food could be harnessed to seek out and resolve difficulties in his life that were holding him back. The strategies he learned turned his life around for good and he’s never felt stronger or healthier and now it’s his life's mission is to pass this on to to his clients and you, the listener. Too many of us struggle with food in one way or another and it feels like an overwhelming nightmare that affects every area of our lives. It doesn't need to be this way and Adam has the solution for you.

Circadian rhythms. Nutrition. Chrono biology. The earlier you eat, the more beneficial it is. The body is at its most efficient when you first wake up. Very interesting podcast, thank you. @BringtheHummus
