It's my favorite condiment and I put it on it on pretty much every savory dish which means I'm a living embodiment of Frank's Hot Sauce motto "put that sh*t on everything!" (many of Frank's sauces are vegan, by the way)
If I were a celebrity, I think I would like to be invited onto "Hot Ones" and pick up where Lewis Hamilton left off, encouraging host Sean to eat the vegan wings and save more chickens. I couldn't figure out how to embed the clip of that brief moment of the show so here's the full episode, if you'd like to hear Lewis encourage Sean to eat the vegan wings fast-forward to 6:35 or so. It's very quick but I hope It has planted some seeds for Sean and those watching.
One of my favorite hot sauces though is Zhoug. I discovered it ordering falafel once and I've never forgotten it. Any time I see it on the menu I get extra. So, when I saw the other day that one of my favorite vegan chefs, Adam Sobel, shared a recipe for it, I had to try it right away (as in the same day I found the recipe.) It is super easy to make and holy moly, so flavorful! It's spicy and cilantro-y with just the right amount of raw garlic. Here's the recipe: https://cinnamonsnail.com/zhoug-sauce-zhug-skhug/

Kimberly, I salute you. My body reacts violently to hot sauce. Even the aroma when I walk into a room where there is an open container makes my eyes tear up.
Have you tried a pepper sauce from Trinidad and Tobago called "Mudda in Law"? It's one of our best.
