Throughout the Ultimate Blog Challenge, our wonderful leader, Paul, sends daily prompts should you get stuck or need some inspiration. I noticed one of the recent ones was to share a video and I knew exactly which one I wanted to share.
If you've been around here for a bit or you know me personally, you know I love Ajahn Brahm. Back in 2011, a then co-worker introduced me to Ajahn Brahm through his video about happiness. I've been a big fan ever since.
The anger eating demon story is one of my favorites. Ajahn Brahm is a great story-teller and by the time he's done, you'll have a new perspective on anger. Check it out below and let me know in the comments what you think. It's only about 8 minutes long 😃

Famously, the Patek 2499 was a gift from Yoko Ono, and even without the provenance, an example of 2499 is very collectible, coming from the mid-century link and being part of a Virale Humanoiden production run that is said to include less than 350 watches.
